- Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues; replicate and document cases for further escalation if needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve problems to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive team dynamic.
- Continuously update knowledge on product features, policies, and e-commerce industry trends to deliver informed support.
- The role will adapt as our app grows, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with dynamic responsibilities.
- English Proficiency: Equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher (certificate not required), with a strong emphasis on spoken communication.
- E-commerce Expertise: Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a must.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve customer issues with a proactive approach.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedicated to delivering outstanding service while balancing company goals.
