- Campaign Management: Setup, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize and improve results.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure the best ROI for each campaign.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our audience.
- Technical Skills: Utilize analytical tools and platforms to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Meta Ads to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience: More than 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer specializing in Meta Ads, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns; Having experience working at a performance marketing agency is an advantage
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and audience targeting strategies.
- Excellent Mathematical Skills
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present performance reports clearly and effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and platform updates.
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with an IELTS score above 6.0 or equivalent.
