- Excellent English skills (IELTS 6.0+)
- At least 3 years of experience in developing Partners/Merchants, with priority given to those who have worked in e-commerce companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade (preferred), Commerce, or Foreign Language.
- Fluent in a foreign language: capable of reading and self-studying through English materials, communicating with, and understanding the needs of some foreign customers.
- Good at forecast, planning, analytics skills.
- Good at leadership; motivation; problem solving skills.
- Well organized, able to handle many tasks at same time .
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Experience in POD industry is a plus.
- Ability to self-educate, research, and continuously improve and share knowledge with colleagues.
