HR Management:
1. Recruitment and hiring
2. Hiring and resignation procedures
3. Foreigner staff support: visa, work permit, residence card|

Admin Management:
1. Trip organization:
- Ticket and hotel booking
- Management of facilities utilization, including car arrangement, meeting room use.

- Business trip expenses advance and clearance for the staffs as required
2. Purchase or arrange for office supplies:
- Stationary, name card, envelop, uniform
- Telephone bills
- Flowers
- Office consumables (coffee, tea, drinking waters, tissues,…)
- Office/ carpet cleaning
3. Office administration:
- Maintain contact with the Building Management (feedback about their service…)
- EMS for office correspondence
- Work with District Police about Issues related to the office's fire protection system
- Updates list of service providers: hotel, car rent…
- Follow up and reporting on taxi, grab, company car usage
- Visitor reception
1. Working as HR & Admin staff or Manger more than for 5 years
2. Good knowledge about the Social and Health insurance policy
3. Good understanding of the employment relations issues
4. Language: Vietnamese, English, Japanese skill more than N2 (Good to have)
5. Character: Logical, Positive, Collaborative
6. Age: 30s ~ 40s (30~45 ages)
