Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing graphics and multimedia for e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon.
- Proven portfolio showcasing product images, A+ Content pages, and short-form video edited for digital channels.
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central image and A+ Content requirements.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for formatting A+ modules is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and project-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable interpreting analytics to guide design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Design:
- Create optimized product images (main, lifestyle, infographics) that comply with Amazon’s image guidelines.
- Develop A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) modules, including comparison charts, brand stories, and rich visuals.
Multimedia Content Production:
-Produce short-form video assets (e.g., product demos, unboxing, tutorials) tailored for Amazon Video Shorts and Sponsored Brands Video.
-Edit and repurpose existing photo and video assets for Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Display, Sponsored Brands).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with copywriters, brand managers, and product specialists to ensure visual content aligns with messaging and targets relevant customer segments.
- Coordinate with external photographers/videographers when needed, providing clear creative briefs.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate) to assess content performance.
- Perform A/B tests on visuals and iterate designs based on data and user feedback.
Brand Consistency & Compliance:
- Ensure all designs maintain brand guidelines (colors, typography, tone) and adhere strictly to Amazon’s policies.
- Stay up to date with Amazon’s changing specifications and best practices for e-commerce visuals.
