- Research new trends and business models in the e-commerce industry, particularly within the SaaS sector, to set the strategic direction for revenue growth.
- Conduct interviews and communication with current and potential customers through face-to-face and online meetings to gather insights, supporting problem analysis and revenue development planning.
- Work cross-team effectively, especially with Product Development, Revenue, and Operations teams to form a dedicated team for achieving business goals.
- Develop, organize, and monitor plans to make appropriate improvement recommendations.
- Develop, organize, and closely supervise strategic plans, ensuring the team operates efficiently and adeptly addressing emerging issues that impact goal achievement.

- Have over 3 years of experience in project management or business development related to software products or SaaS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate work efficiently and adapt quickly to achieve defined goals.
