Mô tả công việc

• Source new suppliers and evaluate vendor capability, quality and pricing
• Negotiate contracts, MOQ, lead times and commercial terms
• Issue purchase orders and track all procurement activities
• Work with Production, Supply Chain and Product teams to confirm specifications
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve supply issues
• Maintain supplier database, pricing records and purchasing documentation
• Conduct cost analysis and propose cost saving initiatives

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2 to 4 years experience in sourcing or procurement
• Apparel, beauty or consumer goods experience is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and communication skills
• Ability to work with international suppliers, especially in China
• Detail oriented, analytical and able to manage multiple orders at once
• Fluent English required; Chinese is a plus
