- Develop advertising strategies for each product group, including budgeting, targeting, creatives, and messaging.
- Execute and optimize performance campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads… to maximize ROAS and overall profit.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across products, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze data to uncover insights on customer behavior, product performance, creative effectiveness, and advertising costs.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Design, and R&D teams to select potential products and build launch strategies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot advertising issues (account problems, restrictions, rejections, policy violations) to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Propose improvements to the conversion funnel and optimize cost across the entire customer journey.
- Provide daily/weekly performance reports and recommendations for scaling.
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing (preferably in E-commerce, Dropshipping, POD).
- Proficient in running and optimizing Facebook Ads (mandatory). Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of conversion funnels and data analysis using Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose clear optimization solutions.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to evaluate product potential and understand customer insights.
