- Working with Product Development Manager for new product concept.
- Searching for new cosmetic & supplement suppliers domestically and internationally.
- Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for related products.
- Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with Product Manager
- Supervise the direct development process.
- Design & create product training material.
- Make plan & deliver product training to sales/CS team.
- Discuss with sales/CS team for problems and queries of customers and provide satisfied solutions.
- 2-3 years experience in product development/market research/Marketing, cosmetics or nutrition industry.
- Passion and interest in Cosmetic; Nutrition and business development related activities - Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation & public speaking skill, good searching skill
