We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Development Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the design and development of new products, optimizing current product lines, and overseeing packaging development. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise in engineering design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a practical approach to product and packaging development.
- Lead the design and engineering of new products from concept to production.
- Develop and optimize product packaging solutions, ensuring functionality, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetic appeal.
- Provide engineering support throughout the new product development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and time-to-market requirements.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for products and packaging.
- Utilize CAD software for product design and development.
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and existing product designs.
- Implement design changes to improve product performance and manufacturability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in product design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
- Find the supplier for the new project if there is no suitable supplier
- Travel to the factory

 

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product design and development, particularly for consumer goods.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing.
- Experience in packaging design and development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.|
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
