Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing who will take ownership of driving scalable growth initiatives across paid and organic channels.

This role is ideal for someone data-driven, hands-on, and passionate about building growth engines that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will work cross-functionally to experiment, optimize, and scale sustainable growth channels.

Growth Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms, including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels where appropriate.
• Research target audiences, identify potential customer segments, and develop effective campaign strategies to reach advertisers, media buyers, and agencies in the E-commerce and Game App industries.
• Test and optimize ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, campaign structures, and advertising strategies.
• Continuously explore new campaign approaches and opportunities to scale customer acquisition.

Paid Acquisition & Performance Optimization

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and improve key metrics: CPC, CPA, ROAS,...
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize performance
• Generate performance reports and actionable insights

Data & Analytics

• Track and analyze growth metrics and funnel performance
• Translate data into clear insights and improvement plans
• Maintain dashboards and performance reporting

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1–3+ years of experience in Growth / Performance / Digital roles
• Proven experience running and optimizing paid ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Experience building or managing online communities is a plus
