Create, edit, and manage product listings on Amazon or Shopify, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and compliance with platform guidelines.
Conduct market research and generate new product ideas for development.
Implement SEO optimization for listings to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
Plan and execute high-quality content, including images, videos, and A+ Content/Enhanced Brand Content, to enhance listing quality.
Manage and develop content on Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram) to support traffic and E-commerce brand credibility.
Monitor and adjust pricing strategies, using analytical tools to maintain competitiveness.
Support the creation, optimization, and tracking of paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google/Facebook Ads).
Track key sales performance metrics (Conversion Rate, BSR, etc.).
Utilize data to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain customer service strategies, manage brand reputation (reviews, ratings), and reduce dispute rates to ensure an excellent buying experience.
Ensure all sales activities strictly comply with platform policies.
Handle and resolve issues related to suppressed listings, policy violations, or immediate operational problems.
Proven hands-on experience in the international B2C E-commerce sector (especially the US market).
Preference for candidates with experience managing Amazon or Shopify accounts (based on the final position focus).
Demonstrated ability to deliver tangible sales results (result-oriented) and manage customer experience/brand reputation.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preference for candidates with experience managing complex marketing or E-commerce projects.
Marketing & SEO: Understanding of E-commerce SEO principles and experience managing Social Media.
Tools: Experience using analytical and listing optimization tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, etc.).
English Proficiency: Fluent in both written and verbal English (able to communicate and work effectively in English).
Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
