Mô tả công việc

1. Creative Strategy & Brand Communication

  • Develop and own the overall Creative Strategy for each brand, including tone of voice, key messaging, content angles, and visual direction.
  • Translate brand positioning into social content that effectively tells stories, evokes emotion, and builds long-term brand recall.
  • Define creative direction across different stages: brand building, product storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.

2. Creative & Social Team Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Creative & Social team, including Content, Design, Video, and Social Executives.
  • Establish and optimize a clear creative workflow: brief → concept → execution → review → optimization.
  • Ensure consistent creative quality and brand alignment across multiple brands and platforms.

3. Multi-Brand Social Media Execution & Operations

  • Own the strategy and execution of social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Build structured social content frameworks, including content pillars, formats, posting cadence, and storytelling flow.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance team to develop and optimize creatives for paid social, such as UGC, short-form videos, and visual ad assets.

4. Creative Direction for Campaigns & Product Launches

  • Develop creative concepts for key campaigns, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand refresh initiatives.
  • Define video concepts, visual keys, and communication angles for each campaign.
  • Act as a key bridge between Brand, Creative, Performance, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive execution.

5. Insights, Performance Analysis & Creative Optimization

  • Monitor and evaluate social content performance, including reach, engagement, saves, shares, and video retention.
  • Analyze user insights and behavioral data to continuously refine content angles and creative direction.
  • While not directly managing ads, possess a strong understanding of paid media creatives and how creative impacts performance.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University graduate majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields…
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a management position.
  • Experience working with multi-brand or e-commerce businesses, preferably in US/EU markets, with a strong focus on cross-border e-commerce.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to develop strategic plans, combine creative thinking, and demonstrate effective leadership capabilities.
  • Fair English proficiency, good comprehension of English documentation
