- Analyze seller performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sellers on the platform.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide insights to internal teams and external sellers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, and engineering to drive improvements to Seller Central tools and features.
- Monitor marketplace dynamics and competitor activity to identify emerging trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with sellers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations to help them succeed on the platform.
- Support the development of data-driven tools and solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency for sellers and internal teams.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Vietnamese & English (5.5 Ielts / 700+ TOEIC) is required. Chinese is a plus
